Global stability is ‘fracturing,’ and stakes are high for Canada: Joly

Speaking in Toronto, at the Economic Club of Canada Monday, Canadian foreign affairs minister Mélanie Joly said the world was experiencing an international security crisis and that global stability is increasingly uncertain. Her concern comes as Canada’s relationship with India sours, and as war rages on in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
