This, as separate events were held to highlight the plight of the 200 kidnapped Israelis. Meanwhile, the search for the suspected gunman in the mass shooting in Maine has ended. But police are still searching for answers about what motivated the rampage that left 18 people dead and 13 injured. The shooting has conjured bad memories in Nova Scotia this week. The message those who survived the April 202 massacre have for those who survived this latest tragedy. And finally, with more than 200 hostages still unaccounted for and Palestinian losses piling up, many Jewish and Muslim Canadians are not only grieving but are feeling tensions increase in this country as well.
