Capping international students would be like ‘surgery with a hammer:’ Immigration minister

Immigration Minister Marc Miller told Global News in an interview that the federal government was not going to cap the number of international students coming into Canada. However, he said they reserve the right to do so in the future. Uday Rana reports.
