Canada’s immigration minister says no cap on international students – for now

In a sit-down interview with Global News on Friday, Immigration Minister Marc Miller said he is not imposing a cap on international students and wants to take a year to work with provinces, but could consider the option in the future. He said the proposal would be like “surgery with a hammer.”
