Traffic Tips: Fall pedestrian safety campaign

It’s that time of year when pedestrians are more vulnerable because of changing weather conditions and fewer daylight hours. As Katelin Owsianski reports, ICBC and police have teamed up for their fall pedestrian safety campaign in the hope of reducing pedestrian involved collisions.
