Higher Halloween expenses don’t deter celebrations, survey reveals

Shoppers are facing higher Halloween celebration costs this year and according to a recent survey, 45 per cent of Canadians will make a special shopping trip to buy Halloween supplies — up from 28 per cent last year. Katherine Dornian reports.
