Hydro One says more than 5,000 customers were without power following a crash in the west end of Peterborough on Oct. 13.
The crash occurred along Brealey Drive after a vehicle left the roadway and struck and knocked over a hydro pole around 10:30 a.m.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
