Fantastic Fungi: Tapping into the potential of mushrooms
Description
October 7, 2023
They are not always magical but the power and versatility that fungi wield is not to be taken lightly. Although many cultures have recognized the amazing properties of mushrooms, North America is only beginning to tap into the amazing potential they have. And it goes beyond the exotic varieties we are buying and cooking up and the rise of psychedelics. As Sophie Lui found out for The New Reality, fungi are being used to make music and help fight environmental damage.
