B.C. to further restrict places where hard drugs can be consumed

Premier David Eby announces new legislation that, if passed, would further restrict the places where people can use illegal drugs in public places. The Thurs. Oct. 5, 2023, announcement comes more than eight months into the province’s decriminalization pilot program.
