The majority of unhoused campers evicted from Montreal overpass still without shelter

Nearly four months after a homeless encampment under the Ville-Marie Expressway was dismantled, the majority of the people who were evicted are still unhoused, say advocates. Community workers argue that people in the city who are living in makeshift shelters need access to more permanent shelters and housing. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
