  A 10-year-old boy has died after he was pulled from a pool, along with his brother and father, at a Winnipeg apartment complex Easter Sunday. The father died in hospital Monday.

  Portions of the Pan Am Pool will reopen on Oct. 5 following months of construction. The main tank will remain closed until the end of the year.
