Police say just before 2 a.m. a vehicle heading east on Highway 20 crashed head-on into a concrete wall barrier.

It started around 4 a.m. on Aut. 40 near Baie D'Urfé as police attempted to pull over a man suspected of trafficking contraband tobacco.
