Questions are being raised about how well home-building materials used in Canada can weather violent storms.

Nearly four months after it was gutted by fire, 79-year-old James McGrath and his wife are in the early stages of rebuilding their home. McGrath says he's doing what he can to address the fire safety of his new home as he rebuilds.
