A man has been arrested in connection to an incident in which a teen girl on transit was followed by a stranger across the tri-cities, according to Waterloo Regional Police.

Waterloo Regional Police have released an image of a man they are looking to speak to after a teen was followed while riding Grade River Transit last week.
