Nearly three months after first appealing to the public in hopes of locating Jordan Hawke, London police have now released photos of the suspect and laid 23 additional counts.

Sixteen men have been charged and two underage victims of luring have been identified following a three-month investigation that uncovered more than 6,800 photos and videos containing child pornography.
