Police say Steeve Charland, 48, was arrested Saturday evening by the Ontario Provincial Police. He is charged with mischief and counselling to commit the offence of mischief.

The crowd has reportedly dwindled from the thousands of protesters seen over the weekend to about 250 people, including 50 on Parliament Hill.
