Toronto police say a man has been charged in connection with a double fatal boat crash in late May that claimed the lives of two people, including a 24-year-old woman.

Emergency services were called to the west side of Woodbine Beach just after 12:30 p.m. on Thursday after police said the operator lost control of the 20-foot Bowrider and crashed into the rocks.
