Rescuers in Thailand prepared to lift a sunken tourist boat on Sunday and said 15 people are still missing after the craft capsized off the coast of Phuket island, killing at least 41 people.

Thai officials say searchers have recovered 18 bodies and are continuing to look for 12 people missing from a boat that sank in a river over the weekend.
