The RCMP have laid 16 more charges against a London, Ont., man originally charged last April in connection with the Heartbleed computer bug and the loss of data from the Canada Revenue Agency website.

A 19-year-old Western University student accused of using the Heartbleed bug to gain access to SIN numbers on the CRA website will make his first appearance in court Thursday.
