On Saturday Lumsden, Saskatchewan welcomed thousands of visitors in honour of one of the town's most popular annual events; the annual Scarecrow Festival.

South Simcoe Police say the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz "didn't have the brains to stick around" after he allegedly assaulted a man dressed as the Tin Man on Halloween.
