• Brake failure led to semi crash in Salmon Arm, B.C.

  Salmon Arm RCMP said a June 14 Commercial Vehicle Safety Enforcement inspection has determined that a crash on the Trans Canada Highway in Salmon Arm, was due to mechanical issues.
