Roslyn Elementary School in Westmount was forced to postpone its annual holiday concert.

Roslyn Elementary underwent a massive outdoor renovation project which included erecting a new, galvanized steel fence around the school. But some residents complain the fence doesn't fit into the neighbourhood, and makes the school look like a prison.

Construction by Westmount Hydro around Roslyn Elementary School has forced kids off the sidewalks and onto the street, leaving parents concerned about safety.
