A western Manitoba community and its 130 residents are cut off from the outside world as flooding has washed out roads and bridges in and out of the area.

The reeve of the Rural Municipality of Mountain says since flooding has washed out their only road, anyone needing medical care will have to be taken out by medical helicopter.
