A 25-year-old Ottawa woman was arrested Thursday when police found her sleeping in her car in a parking lot on Bath Road. She's also been charged with theft following an incident at a grocery store on Midland Avenue on August 3rd.

The theft, which was caught by surveillance cameras, occurred on the morning of Aug. 2.

A 17-year-old has been charged after police said he allegedly killed 10 captive birds on a Kingston, Ont. campground.
