The COVID-19 vaccine passport in Quebec will no longer be used for big-box stores well as liquor and cannabis stores on Wednesday, and fully eliminated by March 14.

Quebec Premier François Legault has said the province appears to be entering a fourth wave of the pandemic and that he doesn't plan to return to lockdowns.
