The Petroleum Services Association of Canada has forecast another drop in oil well drilling in Canada, representing a third year of plateaus in drilling activity.

Albertans should look to the future rather than focus on the past recession, ATB Financial chief economist Todd Hirsch said on Global News Morning Calgary on Thursday.
