A Canadian fashion mogul facing sex trafficking and racketeering charges in the United States is looking to the Supreme Court of Canada to get out of jail.

Peter Nygard is appealing a ruling by Justice Shawn Greenburg in Feburary, after the Manitoba judge denied him bail while he awaits an extradition hearing to the US.
