Police arrested a 16-year-old boy, who can’t be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He has been charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder.

Emergency crews were called to the area of Kipling Avenue and Finch Avenue West before 8 p.m. on Thursday.
