After their Pride flags were damaged for a second time, a Tillsonburg, Ont., business owner said the actions are only encouraging their community to be more vocal against hate.

'(It is) a slap in the face to our very existence,' said Elizabeth Quinto of the Oxford County Pride Committee, which represents the 2SLGBTQAI+ community.
