The Alberta government is rolling out a new compensation model for nurse practitioners that would see them be able to open their own primary care clinics in the community.

The group gathered outside of the Alberta Legislature to call on Premier Danielle Smith and the UCP to make changes to the system so NPs can better use their skills.
