The university and St. FX's student union have been issued two offence tickets each in the amount of $11,622, for their role in the surge of COVID-19 cases in Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia Health Authority's public health team is now investigating these new cases to "understand the circumstances around the increased numbers."
