Crews responded to a power outage that affected over two dozen neighbourhoods in northeast Edmonton on Wednesday night. 

A substation serving northeast Edmonton went down around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, leaving a portion of the area, including Rexall Place, in the dark for just over an hour.
