No officers will be charged criminally in relation to Anthony Aust's death after Ottawa police's use of a dynamic entry tactic to search his apartment in October 2020.

An investigation has found the Louisville police officer had violated department procedures for preparation of a search warrant and truthfulness, his attorney said.
