A Nevada judge threw out a drug trafficking charge against Nathan Chasing Horse but upheld a Las Vegas grand jury's sweeping indictment on 18 sexual abuse-related felony crimes.

The Las Vegas home of Nathan Lee Chasing His Horse and his five wives was raided on Tuesday evening. He was arrested and taken into custody.
