After years of development, the first show home in Edmonton's Blatchford community is now open. Blatchford is designed to house up to 30,000 people when complete.

The first four builders for phase one of Edmonton's eco-friendly Blatchford neighbourhood have been announced, along with designs and prices for the townhouses they are selling.
