A town council meeting in Midland, Ont., came to an abrupt end Wednesday night when a councillor, who was also a former mayor, suffered a medical emergency.

A report released by Midland, Ont.'s integrity commissioner found Coun. Cody Oschefski violated the town's code of conduct after he hosted at least five parties during the pandemic.
