The B..C. government is seeking a strategy to ease traffic and cut down on congestion on southern Vancouver Island. The plan would include all modes of travel including cycling, transit, rail, ferry and pedestrian.

The Malahat Highway was closed in both directions north of Aspen Road early Saturday afternoon after a serious crash.
