It lights up the night sky over the Don Valley while preventing suicides, and now the city is putting forward a multi-stage plan to make sure the Luminous Veil remains luminous.

Unveiled in time for the 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games, the Luminous Veil added hundreds of LED lights that react to changes in wind direction and temperature shifts.
