Police are looking for James Howard Jackson, the man accused of shooting Lady Gaga's dogwalker, after a court filing mistake lead to his accidental release from jail.

Police say detectives do not believe that the thieves knew the dogs belonged to the pop star when the theft occurred on February 24.
