After two years without government support, a local resource centre is being forced to close its doors.

Carmichael Outreach has begun its move into its new permanent location on 12th Avenue.

Heather Griffith, a member on the board, said the reason for Oochoo’s release was there simply was not enough funding to support her position, and said making the decision was ‘agonizing.’
