Kelsey Ouellette's late boyfriend's criminal activity led to her being gunned down while leaving her home on the west end of Jasper Avenue last November, Edmonton police said.

Kelsey Ouellette was shot and killed in the area of Jasper Avenue and 116 Street at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5. Police are seeking information related to her homicide.
