A popular lookout over the North Saskatchewan River known to Edmontonians as "End of the World" is about to go through some major changes.

Next week, city council will discuss the plan to build an actual lookout at the illicit and unsafe, but popular viewpoint in Edmonton's North Saskatchewan River valley.
