A Human Rights Tribunal decided a $25,000 payout captured the serious nature of sexual harassment a woman had to endure on an ongoing basis while working at a Kelowna restaurant.

The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees has filed a $500,000 defamation lawsuit against an unidentified blogger, an Ontario politician and an Edmonton woman who is well-known on social media.
