Joseph Chlala, 23, was arrested in New York state earlier this week and handed over to Canadian police. He is accused of killing a man in a southwest Edmonton alley in June 2023.

A warrant has been issued for a man after he didn’t show up to a Calgary court for sentencing in relation to a homicide and after removing his tracking bracelet.
