Premier John Horgan is expected to talk about the transition of power to David Eby after it was announced Thursday he would be the province's next premier. 

Among the topics covered included ICBC cancellation fees, rent supplement and emergency benefit for workers, virtual education and when things might start getting back to 'normal'.
