Kelowna Fire Department Capt. Mike Brownlee says the fire, which is believed to have started on the outside of the building, has been deemed suspicious.

The suspect, a Kelowna resident, was arrested and is now facing charges of robbery, assault causing, and uttering threats and is being held for a first court appearance today.
