Dr. Murray Davies has agreed to no longer practice medicine in exchange for having charges of unprofessional conduct form improperly prescribing opioids dropped.

A Kamsack doctor faces unprofessional conduct charges related to allegations of improperly prescribing opioids. Even if guilty, an outreach centre manager says it will have little effect on the larger drug issues in the small town.

A Kamsack doctor is facing two charges of professional misconduct under the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan.
