  One person died after the single-occupant glider they were in crashed near Highway 7, south of Calgary, Alta., Diamond Valley Fire Rescue confirmed.

  A woman from Diamond Valley was killed in the crash. The driver of a second vehicle was taken to hospital. RCMP said drugs and alcohol are not considered factors in the collision.
