An independent review into why it took an ambulance 30 minutes to get to an 86-year-old Calgary woman who had been attacked by three dogs was released Thursday.

Calgary Police say the city's Animal and Bylaw Services is now leading an investigation into a deadly dog attack. A dog was killed by another dog in the city's northeast Sunday afternoon.
