Police say a 29-year-old patient on a day pass from St. Joseph's Forensic Psychiatry Unit failed to return and told hospital staff that he won't go back.

Summers, 27, of Central Elgin, was last seen on Nov. 19 in downtown St. Thomas and police tell 980 CFPL that he is known to have family ties in the Owen Sound area.
